Rob: Sacramento, CA
Rob Quigley's work as Governor Schwarzenegger's New Media Director has been heralded by publications from the Los Angeles times to Mashable as groundbreaking and innovative.
His trajectory with new media began in 2002 with his work as Website Director for California gubernatorial candidate Bill Simon's Political Action Committee, when he was recruited away to manage website operations for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's 2003 historic recall election. For this recall campaign, he implemented first-of-a-kind location based features and services.
After taking office in 2003, Governor Schwarzenegger appointed Rob as Deputy State CIO. As CIO, he coordinated the yearly State IT strategic plan, and managed the development of the State of California web standards–a massive plan to develop a common look and feel for hundreds of State department sites. Under Rob's management, the State's national web portal ranking rocketed from 43rd in 2002 to 2nd place in 2009.
After managing successful website redesigns for the California Museum and Governor Schwarzenegger's gubernatorial website, he was appointed New Media Director in 2007. As Director, he managed the online campaign for Governor Schwarzenegger's 2007 health care reform campaign.
Rob has aggressively pursued social media strategies for Governor Schwarzenegger through partnerships with Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, YouTube, and Digg/CNN. He is responsible for the team that manages the Governor’s online persona including content creation and management of his Twitter feed with 1,600,000 million followers and his 260,000 strong Facebook fan page. His social media strategy for the Governor has been extremely successful with the press who credited him with changing politics through social media.

Rich Quigley is an award winning executive producer, and broadcast and campaign strategist. In 1995 he founded OnCue, a premier production house specializing in commercial, public relations, and marketing services for premium lifestyle and luxury brands such as TAG Heuer, Mont Blanc, Bulgari, Vespa, Rolls Royce, as well as AT&T, Lucent, and Procter & Gamble.
In 2000 he sold OnCue to News Broadcast Network (NBN), the largest privately held PR and marketing services firm in he US. Louis D'Esposito has over 20 years experience as a marketing strategist, creative director and graphic designer. He has worked for more than 17 years in the Southern California creative community. Arun Jain joined the City of Portland as its first Chief Urban Designer in December 2002. In this role he advises Portland's Mayor and the city (city council, public agencies, private developers, designers and citizens) on issues surrounding the physical quality of Portland. A key aspect of his work is to integrate public investment in infrastructure and private investment in buildings to create wonderful places. As a frequent member of task forces and advisory committees, Arun's team instigates, creates and directs visions, ideas and solutions to ensure good urban design and an appealing, sustainable public environment in Portland.
He has over 25 years of international experience as an urban designer in practice and academia. Trained as an architect, he holds two masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Urban Design Program. He is an invited teacher, critic and speaker at universities, public agencies and development groups around the world. Prior to Portland, he taught for over 10 years at the University of California, Berkeley.
Arun also mentors development issues and creative thinking in several international forums. Susan Marcus, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the School of Professional Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at Argosy University/Sarasota. She earned her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth TX, with special emphasis in Multivariate Statistics and Social Psychology.
